If any problems came up with her appliances, furnace or central air she wouldn't take to pay any repair or replacement costs. She would simply have to pay a $75 fee for a service tech to check out the problem the rest would be paid past Select Home Warranty Company. When I spoke with Leo, the SHW representative, I was told EVERYTHING would exist covered from height to lesser on all items described under my Platinum Warranty Programme. I was told if the appliance could not exist repaired they would supervene upon information technology with a unit of similar features and capacity. Tiffany has tried to utilize the warranty several times and they take refused to help. There always seems to exist a loophole in the warranty which allows the company to get out of paying for repairs. Beneath is a copy of the warranty for coverage on a refrigerator and why they are refusing to pay for repairs or replacement of her refrigerator. 6.2.1. Fridge. This Agreement covers one (1) refrigerator located inside the kitchen of the covered home. This Agreement covers all modules, components and parts of the refrigerator necessary to the functionality of the refrigerator. (i)control boards (ii)compressor (3)thermostats (iv)damper command (5)wire harness (six)evaporator fan motor(vii)condenser fan moors (viii) pressure switches (ix)relays (x)contactor (eleven)start assistance (xii)thermistors Excluded:(i)sealed system The refrigerator in question needs a new compressor. Select Dwelling house Warranty covers compressors merely does not cover a sealed system. They refuse to fix or replace the refrigerator because the compressor is located in a sealed organisation and they practice not cover sealed systems. I Googled-- Practise all refrigerators take sealed systems? This is the answer that came up: "All refrigerators, from the high tech ones to a small-scale mini-fridge to a wine libation basically employ the same type of setup to keep cold things common cold. They all have a fridge sealed arrangement made up of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, capillary tube, and a suction line." Don't get this home warranty. They don't have technicians to take care of your trouble. They will ask you lot to get your own technician simply they don't reimburse the whole amount. The customer support is non in the U.s. and they cannot capeesh the state of affairs since they don't know the state of affairs in the United states. They take canned responses and you lot cannot talk to anybody on the U.s. side.

Argued with them on the phone for 15 minutes before telling them to cancel my business relationship. The finally hold to cancel my business relationship and told me I would have to pay a $75 cancelation fee. I already paid a $75 deductible for the repairs they did not make, and then I told them if they tried billing my debit bill of fare I would sue them in ceremonious courtroom.
